Discovery Gateway

Red won tickets to Discovery Gateway at school and of course I waited til the day they expired to take the boys. Lucky for us that day was Blue's birthday.
The Children's Museum was incredible. Every realm of the imagination was used. Red loved the climbing wall and also a news anchor. He liked reading the teleprompter and also doing stories in front of the green screen.

Canoe seemed to be fascinated with every exhibit and the only way to pull him from one was to show him the next one.
Here he is at the vacuum tubes that would suck the balls up and take them to different areas of the exhibit.

Blue was soaked after exploring the water feature. He went back to this exhibit 4 times- must have been his favorite.

One of the areas to explore was farm country. The kids were able to throw bales of hay, ride horses, gather eggs and grow and harvest a garden. Although this isn't anything different from home they seemed to really enjoy this part of the museum.
We were at the Children's Museum at Discover Gateway for almost 5 hours and yet we didn't do everything we wanted and we could've easily spent more time at every exhibit. A new favorite place! We can hardly wait to go back again!
