First Day 2009

The boys were so excited for their first day of school this year. The have always enjoyed school but we were suprised that by 7:40 they were ready to head out the door. We told them that the doors to the school didn't even open until 8:30 and they said they could just wait outside. Unfortunately I wasn't as ready as they were and was still feeding the baby at 8:30. They were freaking out. Mom hurry! I could have just sent them with Ryan but I selfishly wanted to be there with them. We got there just as the bell was ringing at 8:55. I felt really bad that they missed all the hype before school started all because of me. Well we are now 2 weeks in and they are still excited to go to school every morning and want to be there right when the doors open. I know this will wear off as the year goes on but its fun to see their excitement now. So they are growing up Blue's in 1st Grade and Red's in 2nd.
