My poor hubby never had a treehouse as a kid and boy did he ever make up for that. He built one for our boys this summer and its awesome! Its in our pine tree ( sap is sometimes an issue but rubbing alcohol is now purchased at the caselot sale) and its ginormous! It's 12'x12' wide, it stands 6' tall. It has a ladder, climbing rope, a rockwall, a tube slide, an infant swings and two regular swings. An indoor area complete with log sides and roof as well as a wrap around deck. The pirate ship flies its flag high above all so the boys can fire the cannon balls at those who are jumping on the tramp. Most recently he added a zipline that runs roughly 50 feet across the backyard to the other pine tree. Its a young boys dream play area, not to mention the older boy is really proud!

HOLY COW. Ryan looks so good! He looks so thin. I need to catch up. That is such an adorable picture of you guys! Now tha he's a pro at it,he'll have to start over and your new farm house!!
